Welcome to the Westcountry Natural Healing Fellowship website. In the mid 1970s, several county-based healing groups broke away from the National Federation of Spiritual Healers to retain local status. The Southwest organisation of the ‘Devon and Cornwall Healing Fellowship’ became two new local healing groups under the auspices of Barney Camfield.
‘The Plymouth Healing Fellowship’ and the ‘Moreton Healing Fellowship’ were created to serve the two halves of Devon and were soon joined by the ‘The Wellbeing Centre’ in Cornwall. All three worked under the charity status of Moretonhampstead Unitarian Church where Barney was Minister.
